Privacy Policy

Order Deposit
To begin production, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time the order is placed. Orders will not be processed until the deposit has been received.

Final Payment
The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full before or at the time of order pickup.

Returns & Refunds
As all of our products are custom-made and personalized, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

Order Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all designs, spelling, and details before production begins. Once production has started, changes cannot be made.
